Sellers often want their own representation at the closing table. While it is not uncommon for one attorney to represent both parties at closing, we provide additional layer of protection by representing sellers and preparing the necessary documentation for their closing.

It is typical that in a purchase or refinance transaction, the lender requires that the client purchase a title insurance policy. We can also provide protection to you as an owner with an owner’s title insurance product suited for you. We strongly encourage all owners to obtain a title insurance policy to best protect their investment! Call us and we can discuss title insurance in more detail.
